My name is Divya Chainani and I am currently pursuing my master's degree for Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I recently moved to Wilmington with my fiance as he landed a residency at St. Francis Hospital in family medicine. I moved from NY but I do have a RN license in the state of DE as well. I am reaching out to kindly inquire about completing a clinical rotation at a primary care practice during the upcoming fall semester, which begins in August of this year.

I am looking for a preceptor in a primary care office. This rotation will require a total of 200 clinical hours, which I plan to complete over the course of the semester by attending two days per week. I am open to traveling to nearby areas outside of Wilmington.
